  The most amazing woman works at this Walmart. Her name is Mary and she sets this Walmart above all others. Last night my husband and I went to the self checkout register after grocery shopping. My husband pulls out his wallet and realizes he had left his debit card in the ATM at the bank. He immediate leaves to go to the bank. I ask Mary if she could suspend my purchases until he got back from the bank. When he returned, of course his debit card was not still at the ATM. We scraped together what cash we had and was still a few dollars short. I started going thru our grocerys to put back what wasn't necessary. At this point I'm terribly embarrassed and I apologize to Mary because I could imagine she was getting aggravated. But she wasn't aggravated and she was comforting me telling me not to be embarrassed. She also wouldn't let me put any of my groceries back. She paid, out of her own money, the remaining money that we were short. I honestly can't explain how her kindness touched my heart. Just moments before we went to Walmart something happened in our own life that made me doubt human compassion existed anymore. She wasn't just the lady who helped us when we needed help buying groceries, she is much more than that. Mary was my guardian angel last night and also a blessing.Thank you so much Mary.

  I give this a 3 star rating simply because the employees are so unhappy. They are overworked, underpaid, and mistreated by management. You can tell that upper management doesn't do their job in keeping the department managers in check. However, the cashiers and other workers are very kind and respectful, they try their best not to let it show. That is the only reason I didn't give it a 1 star.
